Terms and Conditions for Custom Watch Purchase

No Refunds or Exchanges By purchasing a custom watch from The Real Jewelry Company, the client agrees that all payments are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom work, there are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances once the order has been placed.
Custom Watch Production and Delivery This custom watch includes a personalized design based on the client’s specifications. The Real Jewelry Company will produce and deliver the custom watch according to the agreed-upon design. Any modifications requested after the design has been approved and production has begun may incur additional charges.
Usage Rights The client is granted full usage rights to the custom watch. Once delivered, the watch is the client’s personal property, and they are free to wear, sell, or gift the piece as they choose.
Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the custom design remain with The Real Jewelry Company until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client is granted ownership of the watch and the design as it appears on the physical product.
Brand Affiliation Disclaimer The Real Jewelry Company is not affiliated with any watch brands whose products may be customized as part of this service. All customizations are performed at the specific request of the client, and any brand names or logos are referenced solely to describe the base watch being customized.
Project Scope The customization process covers the modifications agreed upon with the client prior to production. Any additional modifications, alterations, or enhancements requested after the initial agreement may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any further work is carried out.
Quality and Craftsmanship The Real Jewelry Company ensures high-quality craftsmanship and durability in each custom watch.
